Jeffrey Anderson received his MD and PhD degrees in Neurobiology at Northwestern University after graduate studies in abstract mathematics. He is Assistant Professor of Neuroradiology and Director of Functional Neuroimaging at the University of Utah School of Medicine. His research on brain function and circuitry has been published in Science, Nature Neuroscience, and Neuron. He is national bestselling author of two novels: Sleeper Cell and Second Genesis. Michael Carr worked as a computer scientist for a major defense contractor. Holding secret clearance, he developed software simulators for the U.S. Navy's newest generation of fast attack submarines. Carr has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America and speaks Spanish and French.
